Delete your Peekaboard account

Delete in the app

1. Open the Peekaboard app and sign in.
2. Go to “Manage” → “My account” and tap “Delete account”.
3. Check what happens to each space. If other people share a space, choose a new owner.
4. Confirm on “Delete your account?”. You may be asked to sign in again.

If you can't use the app

From the email address of the account you signed in with, send “Account deletion request” to support@hblood.co.kr. We will confirm it is you, delete the account and reply.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in information
• In spaces only you use: events, to-dos, people, connected devices, external calendar connections and guardian consent records
• In shared spaces: your name and your part are removed, and the author of records you left becomes “Deleted account”

What remains

• Events in spaces other people still share remain.
• Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 14 days before it is removed.
• Report records remain until 180 days after the report, with your account identifier removed.
• Operations records (who handled what, and when) remain for the period needed for accountability.
• If you subscribed, payment records remain with the store you paid through (App Store or Google Play). Please cancel subscriptions in the store.
